Brokerage Counseling

We defend agents against Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) complaints, alleged claims of fraud, misrepresentation, violations of fair housing laws and other claims. No one knows the laws better — we drafted the revised Brokerage Relationships In Real Estate Transactions Act (BRRETA) and interpret state statutes and GREC rules that impact real estate agents every day.
