Tonia Sellers serves as Weissman P.C.’s managing partner. She oversees the daily operations of the firm including financial management, professional development and client service. Tonia also manages the firm’s relationships with its largest institutional clients.
She brings extensive business acumen and experience in both commercial and residential real estate law to the firm. An accomplished and well-respected attorney, Tonia’s real estate practice includes work with real estate brokerage companies, lenders, condominiums and homeowner associations, and the representation of developers of resort and mixed- use communities.
Tonia had been a featured speaker on numerous business and real estate issues throughout her career.
Tonia is an active member of the greater Atlanta legal, real estate and civic community. Among her many accomplishments, she was named a Woman of Achievement by the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta in recognition of her numerous contributions to the community.
Tonia has served on the Board of Trustees of The Weber School of Atlanta since 2009 and currently sits on its Executive Committee. She has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The William Breman Jewish Home and a member of the Board of Trustees of The Alfred and Adele Davis Academy where she served as President from 2007 through 2011.
A member of several local Boards of REALTORS® and related organizations, Tonia is an active participant in the North Georgia real estate community.
