Red Book Class I – The Basics of Contracts
This class will focus on the basics of contract formation and include an in depth discussion on creating a binding contract, understanding title issues, the parties to the contract, earnest money, options in describing the property, the purchase price, notice issues and the closing and possession of the property.

Monday, February 6th, 2017, 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Red Book Class II – Contingencies, Commissions and Agency Issues in Contracts
This class will focus on the numerous contingencies and conditions precedent to which most contracts are subject.  This class will also focus on the real estate broker's commission and how it can best be protected under the contract and on agency issues that arise in real estate contracts.

Wednesday, February 8th, 2017, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Red Book Class III – Disclosures, New Construction and Repairs
This class will focus on the disclosure obligations of sellers, inspection, construction and repair issues that arise in contracts also a detailed discussion of the issues that arise in New Construction Purchase and Sale Agreements.

Wednesday, February 8th, 2017, 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Red Book Class IV – Contract Disputes and Risk Allocation in Contracts; Special Topics
This class will focus on disputes arising out of the contract, risk allocation in contracts, contracts involving condominium units, special types of contracts including option contracts and lease purchase contracts.
