Ryan M. Reid

Ryan Reid is a partner in Weissman’s residential closing practice and manages the firm’s 85 North | Braselton, Buford, and Gainesville locations. He works with agents, lenders, homebuyers and sellers on residential sales, purchases, REO and refinance closings.  His commitment to excellent client service, coupled with his ability to resolve complex title issues quickly, ensures a smooth closing for all parties in the transaction.

Prior to joining Weissman, Ryan managed his own practice as a local Gainesville real estate attorney since 2011. Earlier in his career, Ryan practiced in real estate and general practice at Whelchel, Dunlap, Jarrard & Walker and the predecessor firm of Carey, Jarrard & Walker in Gainesville, Georgia since 2003.

He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar.  Ryan has served on the Hall County Board of REALTORS® executive board and the I-85 North Board of REALTORS® executive board.

He is an avid outdoorsman and competitive shooter.  Ryan enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife, Melissa, and their two sons, Liam & Colin.
