Raquel Penalver Bartolome

Raquel Penalver Bartolome is an attorney in the firm’s residential closing practice, where she counsels clients and lenders through residential real estate closings and refinances and provides practical guidance on a wide range of real estate matters. Her work includes title review and clearance, preparation of loan closing packages, and issuance of title insurance. Known for her warm, client-focused approach, Raquel educates and supports buyers and sellers to help ensure a smooth and confident closing experience.

Prior to joining Weissman, Raquel practiced consumer bankruptcy law where she advised individual clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters and served as the firm’s lead Spanish-speaking attorney.

Raquel is fluent in Spanish, conversational in Italian, and currently studying French. Outside the office, she enjoys cultural immersion travel, roller skating, tennis, pickleball, and hiking.
