Kaitlin Horlander, an attorney in the residential real estate practice, focuses her practice on residential closings and title curative matters.  She counsels agents, lenders, builders, buyers, sellers and investors on many types of complex real estate transactions, including new and existing home purchase and sales, refinances and on title issues.  With a focus on client service and experience, she works to ensure that closings are educational, enjoyable and engaging for all parties.

Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlin managed a successful closing practice in Gwinnett County for several years.  Her entire career legal career has focused on residential real estate, including a start in short sales. This experience affords her a deep understanding of how to advise clients and mitigate risk.

Kaitlin is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Real Property Law Section and the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS®.   She is a former President and current Board Member of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and a Board Member of the Professional Women in Building.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and attending football games, cooking and playing ball with her black lab, Parker.
