Jordan D. Culver

Jordan Culver is an associate in the firm’s residential closing practice. She focuses on title review and clearance for home purchases, sales, and refinances, identifying and resolving issues to help ensure accurate and timely closings. Jordan regularly collaborates with underwriters, agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders to communicate solutions and keep transactions on track, always aiming for a smooth and successful closing experience for all parties involved.

Prior to joining Weissman, she gained hands-on real estate experience as an attorney in Savannah, advising clients on closings, title matters, and HOA litigation and collections. Her background also includes work in family law, entertainment law, and intellectual property through roles at multiple Savannah firms and Baylor Law’s IP Clinic, where she supported clients and attorneys in a wide range of transactional and litigation needs. Jordan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Savannah Area REALTORS®.

In her spare time, Jordan enjoys exploring the history of Savannah and the Lowcountry and trying new cuisines with her husband.
