Bettina S. Brown

Partner

Bettina Brown is an attorney in the firm’s residential closing practice, bringing more than 38 years of comprehensive real estate experience to her clients and partners. Over the course of her career, she has handled a wide range of matters, including foreclosures, short sales, landlord-tenant disputes, seller representation in relocation transactions, title insurance and claims, and traditional residential closings.

Known for her deep appreciation of the technical side of real estate, Bettina proudly considers herself a “title nerd,” with a particular talent for unraveling complex title issues and delivering practical solutions. During the 2008 economic crisis, she worked with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, assisting in the strategic acquisition of distressed properties and supporting efforts to expand affordable homeownership opportunities during a challenging market cycle.

Bettina has three children, Quin, Grace, and Garnet.  When she is not working or figuring out titles, she enjoys walking, cooking, travelling and spending time with friends.
