Marlene G. Young

Marlene Young is a Partner in the firm’s Peachtree City residential closing office, where she brings a wealth of experience and a client-first approach to every transaction. With a strong background in closing real estate deals, Marlene counsels clients on a wide range of matters including contract drafting and negotiation and resolving complex title issues.

Over the years, Marlene has worked closely with builders and developers, guiding them through the intricacies of real estate transactions with practical insight and efficiency. Her deep understanding of the residential market and dedication to clear communication make her a trusted advisor to both individual clients and industry professionals.

Marlene is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Fayette County Board of REALTORS®, and the Newnan-Coweta Board of REALTORS®.

Outside the office, Marlene enjoys attending football games at her alma mater, The Ohio State University, and spending time with her family. She has two adult children—her son, Michael, is an aerospace engineer based in Buffalo, NY and her daughter, Ashley, proudly serves as a JAG officer in the U.S. Navy.
