Max S. Franco

Max Franco is an associate in Weissman’s Litigation practice, where he represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, including insurance recovery and bad faith claims, as well as real estate-related disputes. He brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every matter, working closely with clients to protect their interests and achieve favorable outcomes.

Before joining Weissman, Max advised a broad range of both individual and corporate clients, including multinational retail property groups and national healthcare and restaurant companies. His experience includes negotiating and amending commercial leases, managing risk through the procurement of title insurance coverage and overseeing complex civil litigation and business disputes.

He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is licensed to practice in all state courts.
