Karlene Yamamoto is an attorney in the firm’s residential closing practice. Her practice focuses on title clearance and advising clients on a wide range of residential real estate matters, including purchases, sales, refinances, and home equity loans. She takes pride in supporting clients from start to finish and making the closing process as smooth as possible.
Practicing for over 17 years, Karlene has handled many different aspects of real estate law prior to joining Weissman. Her experience includes retail negotiations, vendor licensing agreements, real estate law education, managing her own residential practice, as well as traditional real estate closings.
When she is not at the closing table, Karlene enjoys traveling with family.
