Christian J. Holcomb

Christian Holcomb is an attorney in Weissman’s commercial real estate practice, where he works with clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and related matters. Drawing on experience across both commercial and residential real estate, Christian brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to his work and focuses on helping clients navigate transactions efficiently and with confidence.

Known for his approachable style, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Christian works closely with clients and other parties throughout a transaction to understand their goals, anticipate issues, and help move matters toward a successful outcome.

Before joining Weissman, Christian practiced in Lake Oconee, where his work encompassed commercial and residential real estate transactions, business organization and representation, and estate planning. He has also served on the boards of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce and the Circle of Love Center, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing supportive services and preventing domestic violence.

Outside of the office, Christian enjoys running, golfing, and traveling.
