Christian J. Holcomb

Christian Holcomb is part of the firm’s residential real estate practice, where he helps clients navigate closings, refinances, and a variety of other real estate matters. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to reviewing and clearing titles, preparing loan packages, and issuing title insurance.

Known for his approachable style and attention to detail, Christian works closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to ensure transactions move forward smoothly. His priority is making the process clear and straightforward so that clients can focus on their goals with confidence.

Before joining Weissman, Christian practiced in Lake Oconee, where his work encompassed commercial and residential real estate transactions, business organization and representation, and estate planning. He has also served on the boards of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce and the Circle of Love Center, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing supportive services and preventing domestic violence.

Outside of the office, Christian enjoys running, golfing, and traveling.
