Beth Gilchrist

Beth Gilchrist is an attorney in the firm’s estate practice, facilitating wills, trusts, medical directives, powers of attorney, and probate and estate administration. From business planning to asset protection, she helps families transition from one generation to the next. She brings 10 years of estate planning background to Weissman and has given peace of mind to many people and their loved ones. She has also worked with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, builders, and investors in real estate transactions. Beth’s knowledge and experience, combined with her personal touch, ensures all estate clients receive exceptional care.

Beth is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and a 2020 graduate of Leadership Sandy Springs. She has published one of the featured articles for the Georgia Bar Journal on tax laws and served as the editor-in-chief of the Georgia Bar Journal (2023-2025). In her spare time, she enjoys getting outside at the lake and spending time with friends and family.
