Beth Gilchrist is an attorney in the firm’s residential real estate practice. She works with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, builders and investors, assisting with home purchases and sales and refinancing. She is committed to providing a seamless transaction and acts quickly to resolve any outstanding title issues to ensure her clients close on time, meet all legal requirements, and enjoy their closing experience. Prior to focusing on real estate law, she practiced in the areas of estate planning and probate administration.
Beth is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and a 2020 graduate of Leadership Sandy Springs. In February 2020, she published one of the featured articles for the Georgia Bar Journal regarding tax laws, and she currently serves on its editorial board. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, outdoor activities, and listening to music. She lives in Sandy Springs with her adopted dog, Bear.
