April D. Gay

April Gay is an attorney in the firm’s residential real estate practice, where she focuses on title clearance and guiding clients through every stage of the real estate process—from contract to closing. Whether assisting with purchases, sales, refinances, or home equity loans, April dedicates her practice to providing clear communication, practical guidance, and a smooth closing experience for every client.

Before joining Weissman, April handled real estate closings with the Georgia Department of Transportation, gaining valuable experience in complex property transactions.

Outside the office, April is actively involved in her community, volunteering with Inspire Hospice, Gwinnett Church, Jambos, Gwinnett County Senior Services, and North Gwinnett Middle School. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, attending live music events, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
