Alan D. Linch

Alan Linch is an experienced real estate attorney and counsels clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on housing, commercial leasing, land use strategy, and title analysis. He supports corporate and private equity clients with real estate transactional planning and execution, including purchase and sale, development, and joint venture agreements.
Alan’s work also includes real estate transactional due diligence, entitlement planning, and financing. In addition, Alan supports clients with landlord/tenant negotiations and corporate regulatory compliance. His past roles include working at the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and private law firms in California. He served as Chair of the Mill Valley Planning Commission.
Alan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of California, and he is licensed to practice in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
