Seth Weissman and Ned Blumenthal author new book on real estate contracts

ATLANTA, February 24, 2005 – Seth G. Weissman, senior partner in the 70 lawyer real estate law firm of Weissman, has just authored a book with Ned Blumenthal entitled "The Red Book on Real Estate Contracts in Georgia" published by the Georgia Association of Realtors. The book is designed as a handy reference for all real estate professionals who work with real estate contracts.
Weissman is a 1979 graduate of the Duke University School of Law, where he earned Phi Beta Kappa. He also earned a Masters Degree in City Planning from the University ofNorth Carolina in 1978 and a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from theUniversity ofPennsylvania in 1975.
He is general counsel to the Georgia Association of Realtors®, the Editor of Georgia Real Estate Law Letter, a former Chair of the Real Property Law Section of the Georgia State Bar, member of the prestigiousAmericanCollege of Real Estate Lawyers, and best-selling author of The Realtors® Red Book.
