Trey A. Chancellor
Trey Chancellor counsels lenders, developers, and investors in a variety of transactional matters, with a primary focus on commercial asset-based lending and the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets. He also advises small businesses and corporations in corporate formation and organization, mergers and acquisitions, and capital financing.
Trey is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Earlier in his career, Trey worked for two national commercial real estate services companies where he represented clients, including owners, occupiers, landlords, and tenants, in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. He also worked as an extern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In addition to his work, Trey provides pro bono counsel through both the Atlanta Legal Aid Society and the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation
