Sean R. Kasper

Sean Kasper, a partner in the firm, brings a deep understanding of real estate, risk management, compliance and legal aptitude to Weissman’s residential real estate practice.  His practice includes regulatory compliance, review and preparation of residential real estate contracts and loan documentation and analysis of title.  Prior to joining Weissman, he was the Director of Compliance at an Atlanta law firm specializing in residential real estate transactions and previously maintained a boutique transactional firm.  He began his career in the Savannah area and brings a unique perspective to his practice of real estate law having worked as a commercial broker.

Sean is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Real Property Section, North Carolina State Bar and both the American and Southeast Land Title Associations.
