Amanda Dean is an attorney in the firm’s residential closing practice. She counsels clients on a wide variety of real estate matters, including purchase and sale contract drafting and negotiation, refinances, and resolution of title problems. Focused on client service, Amanda works with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to make sure all issues are resolved prior to closing ensuring an easy transaction.
Earlier in her career, Amanda led her own firm specializing in Juvenile law. For more than 15 years, she fought for children and families throughout North Georgia. She proudly served as Judge Pro Tem for both Hall and Dawson Juvenile Courts. She was also selected by the Attorney General to be the Special Assistant Attorney General in Hall County.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids play spots and fostering animals for the Hall County Animal Shelter.
