What does it mean to get Red Book Certified?

The Red Book Contracts Specialist title is a prestigious designation given only to those individuals who have completed the series of approved courses and are active, licensed, salespersons in good standing with the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC).
Giving a visual identity to your Red Book Contracts designation helps set you apart in the marketplace and adds value to your business showcasing your in-depth knowledge of real estate contracts. As such, you will receive a certificate of completion and a .jpg logo to use in your marketing materials letting your peers and clients know your expertise.

Do I need to take all four classes to become a certified Red Book Specialist?

Yes. You need to complete all 12 hours to become a Certified Red Book Specialist. However, please see the next question if you have a conflict with a session.

What if I miss a class?

Each class is a stand-alone course, so missing a class will not prevent you from receiving full credit for the classes you attend. More importantly, you will be able to make up any class you miss when the class is offered again in the future.

Will I need the new Red Book on Real Estate Contracts in Georgia for the class?
