Trudy B. Azarsepandan

Trudy Azarsepandan brings almost 20 years of legal experience providing commercial real estate services to Weissman. She primarily represents developers and capital partners in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisition of large development parcels. She also drafts operating and joint venture agreements for complex business deals and has experience drafting condominium conversions.
Earlier in her career, she practiced family law and served as the Director of Contracts and Procurements for the Early Learning Coalition in Miami. She was also an adjunct professor at Saint Thomas University in Miami for 5 years where she led courses in Contract Development and Negotiation in the School of Organizational Leadership Studies.
Trudy is a member of the Florida Bar and licensed to practice in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Involved in her community, she is a Junior Leagues of Florida State Public Affairs Committee Board Member.
