Rosalyn “Roz” Strauss brings over thirty years of real estate and legal research experience to Weissman.  Throughout her career in real estate, she has represented institutional lenders, commercial developers, and residential buyers & sellers.  She handles residential real estate transactions, including review and preparation of contracts and loan documentation, review of title and title insurance, and closing transactions.  Her practice also includes commercial loan transactions and commercial acquisitions and sales, including title review, document preparation, and closing.

Roz also has extensive legal research and writing experience.  She served as a judicial law clerk, and later as a Staff Attorney, for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit where she conducted in-depth research and wrote memoranda on a variety of complex criminal and civil cases, including employment discrimination, civil rights, criminal sentencing guidelines and guilt/innocence issues, and immigration.  She also served as a judicial law clerk for the Georgia Court of Appeals.

She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.

She is an active member of Beth Tefillah Synagogue, serving on the Board of Directors and many committees.
