Brooke N. Williams

Brooke Williams, an attorney in the residential real estate practice, works closely with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and builders to assess risk and provide sound legal advice leading to a smooth closing experience. Brooke’s warm personality, strong communication and focus on client service make her a key asset to any real estate transaction. With a strong background in negotiating for her clients, she brings a unique skill set to working with agents, lenders, buyers and sellers.

Prior to joining the firm, Brooke spent a total of 18 years working as a litigation attorney at Atlanta law firms and as claims counsel for professional liability insurers.  She predominantly defended professional liability matters involving architects and engineers and real estate professionals.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the North Georgia mountains with friends and family and hiking with her dogs, Lincoln and Tyler.
